What was the highlight of The A. Venue Hotel

The location.

The location. Very convenient. Shops and restaurants are close and waking distance. The pool for kids is good since it’s a bit long and not too small. Good value for money since it’s cheap for two bedroom room.

They should have a separate towel for people or guests who use the pool. The elevator takes a long time I didn’t like the aircon in our room because it was too cold then it was too hot. It was blowing straight to our face because it was facing down and we couldn’t put it up since it’s broken. The pool gets a bit crowded.

I like the pool.

The curtains were old and lots of holes and yet still using. The blower is broken. The shower and the bathtub is not appropriate especially if there is an old people. They need to climb up to the bathtub just to take a shower. The bathtub doesnt have a water stopper how can a customer use it. Need a renovation.

Was "upgraded" to a bigger room than originally booked. The location of the hotel is very good.

The bed/matress was extremely noisy to sleep, the curtains very dusty and the Wi-Fi unstable.

Enyouable stay in a good hotel that was value fo rmoney. I will book there again.

Great location for access to the night life of Makarti. Only 30 mins to airport. Good facilities in hotel, reasonable gym, good pool. Room was comfortable and spacious, we had a 1 bedroom apartment. Shower powerful! Staff very helpful.

Wifi signal in room was poor to unworkable. This really needs to be improved.

The only thing that I can say in that hotel were the cleaning boys. They are nice kids and they tried to clean the room as best as they can given the circumstances. The bathroom us moldy and hardly no hot water on the shower. The room itself is filthy too. The curtains were so dirty that I am scared of even touching it. Dead insects on the cabinets where the plates were located.

The problem is the hotel is old and all the amenities were old. It smells of mold and cooking grease everywhere.

Nothing like the pictures! DONT BOOK HERE!

Just the location it’s near restaurants and supermarket. They are two pools very nice!

We arrived at the hotel at 7pm checked in everything was ok until we got in our room. I’ve booked 2 room one family and one with one bedroom. Nothing like the pictures. Pictures are selling a dream! In our family room we found COCKROACH!!! In the other room the flush of the toilet didn’t work and they managed to tell it’s our fault because we used toilet paper! It was our first time using the toilet! After I complained about everything at the reception they moved us to the next building with new roooms! After 1h30 we were waiting exhausted and hungry! Both hotel were old but the second we got was much better! The second day I found another cockroach!!! Very disgusting and very humid rooom didn’t complained anymore because we were leaving the next day but I would’ve canceled my booking and went to another hotel nearby even if I had to pay a bit more! The price is tooo much for that old rooom! The personnel at the reception was not rude to us but to other tourist who couldn’t speak English! The receptionist was screaming at that poor women ! Very very awful hotel ! DEFINITELY NOT TO RECOMMEND! and I forgot on the last day we had to pay 6 thousand pesos more because they’re intern made a mistake! Very very bad!!!! We couldn’t take a proper shower because the water is leaking directly on the floooor! Luckily we had another shower in the family room!! U should upgrade and maintain your hotel if u want to keep customers and your prices are tooo expensive for the quality of your hotel! I forgot also that we booked a family room but the breakfast was only for 2 not very logic at all but because of all the problems they gave us free breakfast for our child! The least they could do.

palitan nyo na po ang nakalagay na picture ng swimming pool dapat yung a.venue swimming pool lang. nakakaloko po ito. expected parehas magagamit? dina pala. tapos ang nagchecheck dapat sure. di dapat direct sinasabi ng front desk officer sa guest na nawawala a ang towel, basahan sat kung ano pa. para kasing ninakawan kyo di naman totoo. yung request ko nga na bagong basahan dina nagamit. tapos dapat ganun ang sasabihin. ang bathrobe dapat andun na sa c.r. dina kailangan I request pa ng guest pati kumot dapat meron na. gamitin man o hindi. at wag nyo na ibigay aNG ROOM NA ANG AIRCON na tapat ng c.r. kagaya sa room 710. mainit kapag sinara ang pinto sa kwarto walang aircon. tapos ang lampshade nyo wala ilaw. pati ang dilim sa room palitan nyo na po ang mga ilaw. sa rm. 912 example. kung di pwede gamitin ang terrace dapat gawan nyo ng lock ng hindi nsbubuksan. delikado kasi walang lock ang door papunta terrace. Pasensya na po lagi po kami dito ngayon lang hindi alert ang mga staff at parang kulang sa assist. ang bagal umaksyon. Pumasok kami mag 3pm na pagdating sa room ayaw bumukas ang door. nagpabalik balik pa si kuya para mabukas lang tinawag pa ang engineering. Naway matugunan nyo po ito ulit. para sa susunod na punta namin mga guest matuwa naman kami sa service nyo. Pasensya na totoo lang po ang sinasabi ko.
